The logged out test settles doubtful links. Open the post URL in a private window without logging in. If the video plays, VidDLP can usually fetch it. If X shows a login wall or a not available notice, no browser tool can pull it. Protected accounts, suspended accounts, and posts limited to subscribers all fail the same way.
Views count changes nothing. A post with two likes resolves exactly like one with two million. What matters is visibility. Public means fetchable. Anything else is out of reach, and sites that ask for your X password to get further should be closed immediately.
Quality, size, and repost manners
